The Mews, Bristol

Moon Design worked with Moon Home to develop the whole of the site at 106 Whiteladies Road which included a large luxury apartment, two office units as well as a new build mews house to the rear.

Formerly the car park to the bank, Moon Design obtained a planning consent for a standalone mews house. The design included garages on the ground floor, a three bed, two bathroom house including open plan living on the 1st floor. A small terrace was also added to provide some valuable outside space.

The property was built using highly insulated SIP panels which were clad in brick slips. The scheme included PV panels, air source heat pump and heat recovery system, all creating a very low energy house.

Moon Workshop delivered the high-end fit out, working closely with Moon Design on the execution of the highly detailed internal built-in joinery, including unique acoustic sliding shutters to the windows.
