Percival House, Bristol

A sensitive approach to the interior and modest extensions have combined to transform this characterful Edwardian home.

The rear extension created a living space which faces out on to a beautifully landscaped garden. The material palette for the exterior of this extension was chosen to relate more to the garden than the house to further reinforce this connection.

At the front of the house, a contemporary porch was added to provide a cloaks space with a glazed roof to provide an inside/outside feel.

The interior of the house was transformed with a new kitchen, bathrooms and principal bedroom suite, all featuring bespoke joinery to elevate the design and maximise the space.
