A tranquil contemporary extension to create a study that feels a part of the garden. Simple in idea and form, this design looked to bring the outside in.

The carefully considered step in the extension maximises the light, views and indoor-outdoor feel. The use of timber cladding adds texture and softens the L-shaped form. Timber carries through on the interior, with the floor and bespoke full-length bookcase. The doors and corner window complete the connection, flooding the space with light.
